Miles Garrett / Co-Founder / Editor-in-Chief

A graduate of Elon University, Garrett began his career in 2018 and quickly built a strong resume with stops at WGXA in Macon, Georgia, and WSBT in South Bend, Indiana, before returning home to join Fox 5 Atlanta in 2021.
During his time at Fox 5, Garrett was at the forefront of some of the most memorable moments in recent sports history. He covered the Atlanta Braves’ 2021 World Series run, Georgia football’s back-to-back national championships, and Georgia Tech’s resurgence under Brent Key, while also delivering daily coverage of the Falcons, Hawks, Dream, and the broader Atlanta sports scene. His work has earned him multiple Emmy nominations as a sports reporter and anchor.
Garrett now serves as Editor-in-Chief of The Nest ATL, where he leads content strategy and oversees the platform’s editorial direction. In addition to producing written, audio, and video content, he manages social media, recruits contributors, and builds partnerships with businesses across the Atlanta community, helping shape The Nest ATL into a go-to destination for Atlanta sports fans.
