Founded in 2026 by Atlanta native and former Fox 5 sports anchor/reporter Miles Garrett, The Nest ATL was created with a clear vision: give Atlanta and Georgia sports fans a dedicated, digital-first destination that matches their passion and energy.

Garrett partnered with fellow former Fox 5 colleague Sudu Upadhyay to bring that vision to life, combining on-air experience, storytelling expertise, and a deep understanding of the local sports landscape.
